Building a Joy Filled Marriage

re|engage Teaching

Here at Re|engage, our source for what is true and best in our lives is found in the Bible. What the Bible helps us to understand is that Christian joy is a good feeling in the soul, produced by the Holy Spirit, as he causes us to see the beauty of Jesus. Most of the time joy in our marriages doesn’t disappear all at once. Instead, it fades gradually through accumulated distraction and missed opportunities for connection that pile up over time. The good news is that this slow fade is reversible.
