Watermark Kids is looking for someone to join our Elementary Team to help us guide future generations to follow Jesus and be the church. We want a person who anticipates needs, takes initiative to solve problems, and does so while caring for the person right in front of them. You will oversee program time in K-1 Kids and 2-5 Kids during both morning services. This includes editing or creating teaching scripts, executing the production of these skits, and coordinate volunteers. You’ll also have opportunities to write and share fun and engaging teaching points each week as you create spaces where kids are seen and welcomed, taught about Jesus, and safe and secure. You will partner with the other elementary ministries to plan events and train leaders. Come be part of a great team. The External Focus Team (Local Outreach and Global Missions) is looking for a highly administrative person to join our team as the External Focus Assistant. This position provides overall administrative support to the Director of City Engagement and the Director of Life Initiatives. An ideal candidate is passionate about mobilizing our body to transform our community, able to prioritize a variety of tasks, highly organized, and able to anticipate needs.
The External Focus Team (Local Outreach and Global Missions) is looking for a leader who is passionate about reaching the nations for Christ to join our team as the Global Engagement Director. The Global Engagement Director is responsible for casting the church’s vision for engaging the nations, developing a culture of a heart for the nations across the church body, and implementing our global ministry strategy. An ideal candidate is passionate about missions and reaching the nations, excited to work within our global ministry framework, able to cast vision, collaborative with internal ministries, able to build and deploy teams, and experienced in cross-cultural ministry.
The External Focus Team (Local Outreach and Global Missions) is looking for someone passionate about reaching the nations for Christ to join our team as the Global Engagement Coordinator. This position coordinates and executes all major initiatives for our global missions team under the direction of the Global Engagement Director, including short-term trips, partnerships with ministries around the world, and developing a heart for the nations across our church body. An ideal candidate is passionate about missions and reaching the nations, detail-oriented, able to prioritize a variety of tasks, highly organized, an activator, and adaptable.
The Kids Midweek Ministry is in search of a Team Leader to join our leadership team on Wednesday evening. Our team is passionate about Jesus and serving the families and kids that attend our midweek events. The Team Leader will be responsible for hosting and leading a midweek ministry event by completing pre and post administrative tasks to ensure the operations and programming of Kid’s Midweek Ministry. We are looking for a candidate that is dependable, administrative, hospitable, and a servant leader.
Watermark Kids is looking for fully devoted followers of Christ who are passionate to disciple and care for kids ages Preschool through Elementary. This position will care for kids by sharing God’s love through Bible stories, activities, crafts, songs, and play time while cultivating a culture of fun. No prior teaching experience is required.
