Watermark Kids is looking for fully devoted followers of Christ who are passionate to disciple and care for kids ages Preschool through Elementary. This position will care for kids by sharing God’s love through bible story, activities, crafts, songs and play time while cultivating a culture of fun. No prior teaching experience is required. Filmmaking is an essential creative discipline at Watermark. We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate person to champion the process for creating film projects. They will work alongside the filmmakers, communications team, and clients to ensure all film projects run smoothly and efficiently. 3-5 years of experience in managing creative projects, specifically film/video or social media content creation is preferred.
The External Focus Team (Outreach and Missions) is looking for a highly administrative person to join our team as the City Engagement Assistant. This position helps the City Engagement Team connect with local partners to mobilize the body of Watermark to transform our community and helps the Evangelism Team execute our weekend evangelism ministry (Unashamed). An ideal candidate is able to prioritize a variety of tasks from multiple teams and is passionate about mobilizing our body to transform our community.
Watermark Kids is looking for someone to join our preschool team to help us guide future generations to follow Jesus and be the church. We want a person who anticipates needs, takes initiative to solve problems, and does so while caring for the person right in front of them. You will recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers; you’ll write fun, engaging, and evangelistic curriculum; you’ll create spaces where kids are seen and welcomed, taught about Jesus, and safe and secure. We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about service and mobilizing the body to transform the community. The External Focus Mobilization Director works with all of our ministries outside the walls of our church to unleash and deploy our members into our city and across the globe to be and make disciples. The External Focus Team (outreach and missions) includes evangelism, neighboring, Unashamed, vocation, city engagement, Watermark Health (clinics), Watermark Community Development Corporation, The Life Initiative, Family Restoration, and global engagement. This position works with our team’s directors to develop strategies to inspire our body with all that God is doing to advance his Kingdom locally and globally and to invite them (provide a clear path to participate) to be a part of all that God is doing. The three focus areas for the position are mobilization, equipping, and body-wide campaigns.
