Job Opportunities at Watermark

What's it like to work at Watermark? In a word: awesome. It's challenging, purposeful, joyful, adventurous, and rewarding. We're a family working together to do God's bidding. We think this is one of the best places to work. If you don't believe us, just ask the Dallas Morning News.

God's Word is our only playbook, and we know the Lord wants to use His people, the Church, in radical ways to make His name great. God is constantly doing great works and deploying His people, so we frequently ask, “Lord, why not use us?"

For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him.
2 Chronicles 16:9

So, with grateful hearts and a monumental mission, we seek to call all people to become fully-devoted followers of Christ. We are always looking for faithful servants to join us on this mission.

If you have a heart for strengthening and serving the Bride of Christ – His Church – and believe that God may be calling you to serve at any of our campuses (Dallas, Rockwall, and South Dallas), please review the available positions. If you meet the qualifications, we invite you to fill out an application, and email the contact listed for each open position (if listed). Due to the large number of applications that we receive, we are only able to contact candidates selected for interviews.

To be considered for a position, you must be an active member or willing to become one.
