I was born and raised in Austin, Texas and accepted Christ as my Savior in middle school while attending Kanakuk Kamps. Growing up, my faith was more of a box to check and it really wasn’t until I went to college that I started truly living for Jesus and making my faith my own. After college, I moved to Branson, Missouri to attend the Kanakuk Institute. It was during this season that I learned the value of God’s Word, accountability, and knowing why I believe what I believe. I was blessed to be on staff with Kanakuk in different capacities for several years before making my way back to Texas to be closer to family.
The Lord has given me a heart for seeing women faithfully walk with Jesus and I am so thankful to serve on the team at Watermark. I love Mexican food, traveling, country music, college football season (Hook ‘Em!), and going on walks. My favorite book is Hinds’ Feet on High Places and my favorite movie is You’ve Got Mail. I love super cheesy jokes so please come tell me your best one!
