Meet Whitney

I grew up in the Piney Woods of East Texas and am the youngest of three girls. Growing up as a “camp kid” at Pine Cove Christian Camps, the Lord radically changed my life. At a young age I started to grasp the weight of my sin and how I am in desperate need of a Savior. “We all like sheep have gone astray, each of us have turned in our own way; and the Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.” (Isaiah 53:6) As I am tempted to live life on my own, I am often reminded of my need to surrender to the Lord daily.

I attended Louisiana Tech University and graduated with a Family and Child Studies degree! Go Dawgs!! I studied Family and Child Studies and have had the privilege of being a nanny prior to this job. After serving as a Frontlines volunteer, I am now thrilled to serve on staff here at Watermark!
