Committed to Christ and His People
Our staff represents a vibrant community of people who are abiding in Christ as we seek to make disciples together. We serve the church by helping others find their identity and source of life in Christ, center their lives around Christ-centered devotion, and connect with his people.
Elders
Consistent with the exhortation of Scripture, Watermark is led by a team of elders, rather than one man who reports to a "board." This team of elders governs, corrects, cares for, shepherds, and oversees the spiritual interests of the church.
Executive Team
The Executive Team is appointed by the Associate Pastor. Each person on the team oversees a specific group of Watermark ministries and shares in the leadership of the church as a whole.
