Story Behind The Song

Writing upbeat songs that are rich lyrically and theologically can be difficult, but this is the central focus of Majesty — to convey the grandeur and power of our God wrapped up in pop melody. Jesus was the ultimate display of majesty and power, a mighty lion who fights our battles, but also in ultimate humility, laid down His position in Heaven to take the form of a servant and offer up Himself as a perfect sacrifice. We crown Him, and Him alone, with majesty.
