Find freedom from all struggles, including: anxiety/depression, pornography, fear, control, substance abuse, codependency, sexual abuse, same-sex attraction, eating disorders/body image, anger, obsessive thoughts, and any other struggle that has you stuck.
By working through biblical steps within authentic community, you will find freedom and healing in Christ. Re:gen is a safe place for everyone, no matter where you are in life or on your faith journey.
re:generation is a Christ-centered, biblically-based 12-step recovery program structured with daily lessons and weekly small group meetings (men meeting with men, and women meeting with women). The first night, you will attend First Time Guests to learn about the program. After the first night, you will attend Groundwork, the initial step before finding a group. Once you have completed the Groundwork curriculum, demonstrated a willingness to participate, and decided that you want to move forward, you will be placed into a Step Group to go through the 12 steps with about 15 other participants and two leaders. Participants will progress together walking through daily curriculum and sharing during Monday group time.
The entire re:generation process takes about a year; Groundwork takes ~3-4 months, Step Groups take ~10 months. The Groundwork curriculum lessons take about 10 minutes per day, while Step Group curriculum takes about 30 minutes per day. 30 minutes a day with God for one year working on your recovery in the context of community will change your life. You will never be the same.
There is no charge to attend re:generation. Once you decide to start the curriculum, there is a $10 charge for the Groundwork book. Once you begin a Step Group, there is a $10-15 charge for each of the four books. Each book of the Step Group curriculum contains three steps; you do not need to buy all four books at once but can purchase each book as you go. The total cost is $55 for a year of curriculum. If cost is an issue, please let re:generation leadership know; we don't want financial strain to keep you from making a decision about re:generation.
The first hour, leaders and participants gather together to worship and hear testimonies or a teaching. The large gathering then breaks into smaller groups for the remainder of the time: First-time guests, Groundwork groups, and Step Groups all meet separately for the next hour. All together the gathering lasts about two hours.
These pages will tell how you can begin a life of freedom today and first steps to grow in your relationship with God.
