I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and came to know Jesus as my Savior when I was young. I grew up in student ministry here at Watermark where I followed the example of women who walked in freedom because they walked with God, and I grew to truly believe that life with Jesus is better than anything else (Psalm 84, Psalm 27:4).
As early as high school, I knew that I wanted to spend my life in vocational ministry. When I moved to College Station and served with Breakaway Ministries, my heart for discipleship, hospitality and ministry grew and God kindly synced my heart with His will for my life.
After graduating from Texas A&M, I participated in the Watermark Institute and joined staff on The Porch team a few weeks later. It is an unbelievable gift to serve in the same church that God used to draw me to Himself and to be apart of what God is doing on Tuesday nights!
When I’m not at The Porch, you will find me at the nearest coffee shop, sending a voice memo instead of texting, watching Survivor with my roommates, or trying to be a runner.
