College Women’s Coordinator

Meet Shae

I was born and raised in the great state of Oklahoma. While I am given a hard time now that I live amongst Texans, I still stand as a proud Oklahoman! I am grateful to have grown up with parents who set an example for what it looks like to walk with Christ and pursue Him. I came to a real understanding of who God was, and what He has done for me when I was in 5th grade, and my following middle and high school years were when I really began to learn what it looks like to walk with Him. With time, I have continued to fall more in love with Christ and His mission, and with this love has come a desire and dream to serve in ministry. This desire is what eventually brought me to Dallas and Watermark.

After graduating from John Brown University, I moved to Dallas to do the Watermark Institute. I knew I had a passion for the ways God works through the local church, and was excited to learn from this staff team. Now I have the privilege to continue to serve this body on our college team! I love getting to walk alongside college students and our small group leaders as they walk with Christ and I feel honored to be a small part of what God is doing here.

I love time spent with family and friends, anything outdoors, and my husband and I will say yes on a whim for any travel adventure. I love a good game of putt-putt or pickleball and am a big fan of In-N-Out Burgers.
