The Business Cohort is a 10-week class for entrepreneurs and business owners in South Dallas to learn and apply business 101 concepts to their business venture. At the end of the 10 weeks, the cohort concludes with a pitch night celebration to promote the businesses to their local neighbors. Then, the business owners are launched back into their community to cultivate economic development, provide employment opportunity, and serve in community flourishing.

Curriculum

CO.STARTERS is an established and proven national curriculum working at the intersection of economic and community development to equip local business leaders by investing in them individually, keeping it simple, and creating a community around them. The curriculum is taught at Watermark South Dallas through the Watermark CDC.
