Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it. (Proverbs 13:11)

The Job Connection Program helps people who are unemployed or underemployed due to challenging circumstances. Come learn how to overcome roadblocks to employment, find a job, and develop a meaningful career.

Participants meet every other week through the first 180 days of employment in a job-readiness course. Each is paired with an advocate for encouragement in navigating the workplace and understanding God’s design for work.

Work Life

Work Life is a job-readiness course designed specifically for formerly incarcerated individuals, low-income households, or families experiencing trauma. The curriculum was created by the Chalmers Center and is taught at Watermark South Dallas through the Watermark CDC.
