Want an insider's insight into who Jesus was and what He did? Join us as we finish our study of the Gospel of Mark in 2016. Mark's intense eyewitness account depicts Jesus as a Man of action, emphasizes the miracles He performed, and focuses on how this Man came not to be served, but to serve and give His life for us. This Gospel compels us to take a stand. Will we follow Him as a few did who have changed the world? Come and meet afresh this One who seeks to serve you!
-We will be using Tim Keller's book on Mark: Jesus the King. The cost of the book is included in the registration fee. You may pick up your copy of Keller's book, along with the syllabus and other handouts on the first morning of Summit.
-There is no homework for the first week of Summit.
-We will be covering chapters 9–16 of Mark for the fall semester of Summit. Week 1 will provide an overview of the Book of Mark.
