LEAD Team

LEAD Team (Leadership Education and Deployment) is an opportunity for Christian students to serve and influence their peers through biblical leadership development. Students will be equipped and encouraged by Watermark Shoreline staff, residents, and other student leaders to use their time, gifts, and skills to influence their peers and Small Groups for Christ.

What happens at LEAD Team? Each month, students will:

• Hear from their peers through a brief student-led devotional
• Worship the Lord together through song
• Grow through relevant teaching from the Shoreline team
• Connect in discussion groups with Christian students from every grade at their high school

We hope that LEAD Team will not only develop individual Christian leaders but also create a growing sense of togetherness among Christians at each school.

There is no application required to join LEAD Team. We simply ask students to commit to attending each month and, as they grow, find an area of service within their local church where they can deploy their gifts and influence for Christ.
