Watermark Students Retreat 2025

7 Grades. 2 Retreats. 1 Unforgettable Weekend!

This fall, Watermark Students is combining our two beloved retreats into one incredible weekend at Sky Ranch from November 1-2, 2025.

For the first time in a long time, students in grades 6-12 will gather for a single, sleep away experience. But don’t worry, we’re keeping the best of both retreats! Wake and Shoreline students will each get their own distinct sessions, activities, and competitions designed just for them. We also hope to provide time together to unite as one ministry for students!

Important things to know:

• Students will depart Saturday, November 1, at 7:30 AM from Watermark and return Sunday, November 2, at 4 PM to Watermark. Please note - this is different than our typical Friday night-Sunday afternoon model.

• Cost is $250 per student ($50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot)

• Bedding (Sleeping Bag, Pillow)

Daily Medications If your child takes daily medications, there will be a place to drop it off at check-in. A nurse will administer medication throughout the weekend.

Cancellation Policy:
- $50 non-refundable deposit
- All payments are non-refundable if canceled after October 20, 2025.

Frequently Asked Questions for Students Retreat 2025

When does registration close? Registration closes at 11:59 PM on Monday, October 27, 2025.

Is there a cell phone policy? Students in grades 6-8 will give cell phones to Small Group leaders for the weekend. If parents need to communicate with students throughout the weekend, they can contact their Small Group leaders. For high school students, leaders will monitor cell phone usage and access during Students Retreat at their discretion. The goal is to allow for an undistracted time for students. If you need regular communication with your student during Students Retreat, please let your Small Group leaders know.

What if our family can’t afford the registration price? If finances are an issue, we will work with families to pay over time. We also encourage them to share the need with their Small Group, Community Group, or extended family.
