Who can use the space?

The space on the third floor was designed for Watermark members’ community groups to gather together and for ministry events such as membership classes.

Can I reserve a room?

No, rooms can be reserved only by Watermark staff members for community assessments and ministry events. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I know if a room is available?

Rooms reserved by Watermark staff will be clearly marked by signage. If the rooms are full, there is additional meeting space at the tables and couches near Watermark Coffee in the Town Center.

Can I use the space for business meetings or to work?

The rooms are specifically meant for community groups. In an effort to maximize availability, the rooms are not available for business meetings or as a workspace. There is plenty of space to work at the tables and couches near Watermark Coffee in the Town Center.

Can I host an event on the third floor?

To ensure that all rooms are available for community groups and ministry events, we are not able to accommodate requests to host special events on the floor.

Are there drinks and snacks available?

There are not drinks and snacks available for community groups, but Watermark Coffee offers drinks and snacks for purchase in the Town Center most days of the week.

What are the floor guidelines?
  • Rooms are for four or more people. Additional seating areas outside of the living rooms make great spots to connect with groups of 3 or fewer.
  • Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refrain from saving rooms.
  • Please do not move furniture. This helps to limit wear and tear as we hope to keep the floor looking beautiful for years to come.
  • Please keep the space tidy and clean up after yourself.
  • For working spaces and business meetings, please use the seating at Watermark Coffee in the Town Center.
