Meet Claire

I am Texas born and raised! I hail from Plano, always cheer for the Aggies, am the oldest of 3, and have grown up around a family ranch in ETX! Before Christ my life was driven by fear—fear of discomfort, death, opinions of others, failure, and imperfection. The first time I heard the Gospel was in a Sunday school class at the age of 4. Jesus was something that I knew I needed, but I did not understand how to have a relationship with God. It has been through one of my greatest fears— the death of loved ones, that God has met me in grief and given me a full and true understanding of what life surrendered to Him and with Him looks like. God gave me the gift of older women who walked with me, challenged me, and poured in during my time at Texas A&M. In August of 2022 I graduated from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) with a degree in Dance Science and started the Watermark Institute all in the same week. When I am not at The Porch you can find me teaching dance, grabbing a Sonic Diet Coke, or outside with friends!
