Meet Susie

Howdy! My name is Susie Rost (pronounced ‘rust’). I am a proud second-generation Austinite and the third of four very loud and talkative children. I grew up in the Church and trusted in Christ at a young age, but I was not actively pursuing a relationship with Him.

After graduating from high school a semester early and going into real estate, I felt completely lost. God used that discomfort to draw me closer to Him. I learned in that time what it meant to truly follow and pursue Christ, holding fast to Jeremiah 29:11 along the way. I followed His calling all the way to College Station, Texas, where I would become the loudest, the proudest, fightin' Texas Aggie (WHOOP!), meet my husband Tommy, earn my degree in Communication, and most importantly, devote my life to honoring and serving Christ.

Being obedient to Christ and His callings is what led me to serving, becoming a member, and now being on staff at Watermark and I could not be more honored to be here.
