Many young Christians will experience a spiritual “high” that then fades away. We will get spiritually “fit” for a season and then fall back "out of shape". Life doesn't have to be this way. We can continue to grow in the healing that God has brought into our lives as we learn to practice these new, healthy habits...the "diet and exercise" of spiritual fitness.
