Elders...Whatever

None of us is qualified to be an elder of a church, including Brett, Dean, and Kyle, Watermark's first elders. It is a calling from the Lord, just as is any service in the body of Christ. We should  consider each job as important as all the others; the body of Christ needs not only leaders but everyone to contribute with his gifts. Consider whatever the Lord has called you to do and do it well, rather than only considering what would be fun or what would make a name for you.
