Part 1: Renew (Friday evening)

Instead of being conformed to the pattern of this world (with all of its temptations to find our identity apart from Christ and the busyness and exhaustion that ensues), we need to be transformed by renewing our minds in the truth of who we are in Christ Jesus, holy and pleasing to God. To understand that, rather than living with our identity and security in Christ, many of us are living incognito. There are "imposters" in our lives that help us hide our pain or past or problems. And, those imposters keep us from the fullness of life in Christ and authenticity with Him and each other.
