There is going to come a time in every person's life when a switch flips inside of you. You are going to feel things that you've never felt before and become interested in things you've never been interested in before. We are hardwired to feel attraction, to want attention, to feel connected and loved by someone else. Most people don't have a plan for acting on their feelings but God wants us to know that He understands us and has a plan for every aspect of our lives.
