Created in the Image of God

As we look at the key passage about our creation in the image of God in Genesis 1, we will see that we are created for relationship, responsibilities and to reflect the Majesty of "Elohim" (name for God referencing His nature as Almighty and Majestic). In addition to what it means to be "created in the image of God", we will talk about why it matters: It impacts our perspective (of others and ourselves), our privileges and our priorities. We are created in the image of God to live for the Kingdom of God rather than the Kingdom of self!
