LEAD Team

LEAD (Leadership Education and Deployment) Team is an opportunity for Christian students to serve their peers through biblical leadership development. Students on LEAD Team will be equipped and encouraged by Watermark Shoreline staff, residents, and their peers to use their time, gifts, and skills to influence their peers and Small Groups for Christ.

During each monthly gathering, LEAD Team students will hear a brief devotional from one of their peers, worship the Lord through song, hear relevant teaching from the Shoreline team that will help them grow as Christian leaders, and spend time in discussion groups with girls and guys from every grade at their high school.

In addition to the leadership experience and education LEAD Team members will enjoy, our hope is that there will be an increasing sense of togetherness among Christians at each school.
