When life feels chaotic and overwhelming, we frantically look for things we can control. However, it doesn’t take long before we find ourselves exhausted and discouraged. Thankfully, while we can never truly be in control of our circumstance, we serve a God who always is.

Scripture reminds us that the Lord always keeps His promises. Even when storms rage, God calls for us to find rest in Him. These 15 passages speak of God’s control and power. As you read over this Scripture, pray that God will comfort you and remind you that He is bigger than any problems that we face. Consider praying these verses out loud or sending them to someone you know who needs to hear them.
