Hello, I'm Kimo Thorpe. If you have questions or comments, feel free to contact me.
The Cost of Poverty Experience (C.O.P.E.) is an intricately designed role-play simulating a month in a low-income community. Over a 2.5 hour period, you will get a glimpse into the lives of low-income individuals and families living throughout our community. You will see the obstacles that are faced, the decisions that are made, and the consequences that impact these families every day. Immediately following the experience, we will spend time processing your thoughts and help you take next steps in being the church outside of Watermark. You will leave with a more compassionate response and be better equipped to make an impact and care for those living at or below the poverty line. **Registration is required. Space is limited!** Childcare is not provided. Cost is $15 per person **Date: April 27 from 9:30AM - 12:00PM at Watermark Plano **
