Frontlines is Watermark’s Hospitality Ministry. Frontlines volunteers serve as the official hosts of our weekend services. Our goal is to welcome others just as Jesus Christ first welcomed us (Romans 15:7). There are six ways to serve on Frontlines: Parking, Greeting, Ushering, Coffee, Welcome Center, and the Reach Team. There are six Frontlines volunteer teams.
How to Become a Volunteer
Step 1: Meet Membership Requirements
All Frontlines volunteers must meet the following requirements:
If you meet all these requirements, your next step is to apply for Basic Training! If you have not yet met these requirements, please visit watermark.org/membership.
Step 2: Basic Training
All New Frontlines volunteers are required to complete Basic Training, a four-week course designed to train all volunteers in key discipleship areas. This class takes place during the 11:15 am service on Sunday mornings on the Dallas campus. We require that you complete at least three out of four Basic Training classes. If you’re ready for Basic Training, apply below.
Step 3: Serve Monthly
Once you have completed the four-week Basic Training class, you’ll be placed on one of our six Frontlines Teams, where you’ll serve once a month. You’ll be placed into a team based on your preference and our current need.
