I grew up in Branson, Missouri… and before you ask, I was not in a show, and no, my family did not own our mini golf course. I have two amazing parents and three, older brothers who are all married with kids of their own. I attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK., where I earned my degree in Public Relations and Advertising. At an early age, the Lord gave me a passion for people, and specifically for people with disabilities. Because of that, the Lord lit a fire in my heart for ministry, and I worked for Camp Barnabas for several years in various roles, and that was ultimately how I learned about Watermark!
As a result of my parent's intentional parenting and God's faithfulness in my life, I came to know and fall in love with Jesus at a very young age. I am daily in awe of His blessings and grace in my life that is 100% undeserved. I fully recognize the reality of my sinful nature but am grateful that as I seek Christ and strive to walk in obedience, He is sanctifying me daily. Jeremiah 29:13 is a simple verse, but one that has been a pillar in my life, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all of your heart." I am grateful that the Lord has brought me here and that I get to serve the sweet kiddos and families of Watermark! In my free time, you'll find me spending time with my family, going on walks, and trying to teach myself how to play the guitar (let me know if you can help. I'm struggling).
