Meet Jenna

I grew up in Keller in an amazing Christian home. I am the oldest of four girls and all growing up I embodied the oldest child stereotype. I was the “good” child, doing everything I could to please my parents. This striving for approval quickly bled into how I viewed the Lord and began an exhausting cycle of doing everything I could to be “good” and then hiding any of my brokenness in the dark.
Summer 2015, during a discipleship program at Pine Cove, I was met with the true Gospel. For the first time I realized I could never be “good” enough and that Christ was perfect for me! Going into my freshman year at Texas A&M I found true community, learned to walk in the light and fell in love with God’s Word. During college I felt the Lord’s call to ministry and said “yes!” After graduating with my degree in Communications I moved to Corsicana, TX and began working in youth ministry. The Lord then brought me to Watermark in 2021 and radically deepened my love for Him and the Church through the Institute. I am now privileged to serve alongside this staff family! In my free time you can find me on a walk, reading or spending time with my friends and family.
