Just before 4th grade, I was uprooted from the gorgeous PNW to fairly brown Texas, my loving, hilarious, and supportive Christian family started attending Watermark in late 2001.
At age 13, I turned in my “salvation by association” for the real deal. I traded in my depression and isolation for JOY and authentic relationships. However, my true walk with Christ didn’t firmly grab my heart until I was a senior in high school.
I was, and am, incredibly blessed to call Texas A&M my alma mater, (WHOOP!) and I graduated with a degree in RPTS (Rest and Play ‘Til Seminary- I skipped the seminary part) in 2015. I used my degree for about three months after graduation and through a miraculous series of events, the Lord once again showed me His fantastic provision by opening position for me here at Watermark.
When I’m not working, I’m serving at Crossroads45, hanging out with my community group, brunching up and down Lower Greenville, attending concerts, and watching videos of baby animals.
