At a young age, I put my trust in Jesus Christ as my savior. From the 4th grade on, I told everyone I wanted to work in a church. In the 8th grade, my family started attending Watermark and I began to see what it truly looks like to fully live for the Lord. This is when I realized that ministry isn’t confined to a building or job title. While working in the church was still my dream job, I knew that I was in the business of ministry regardless of my career. Turns out, God saw it fit for me to serve Him with my dream job!
I graduated from the University of Arkansas and am a fan of all things Razorbacks win or lose. After graduating, I got the opportunity to be a part of the Watermark Institute as a Resident. Basically, I got to learn a ton about God, His Word, and how people serve him in the local church. Now, here I am, serving on the Frontlines team at Watermark Dallas. I am continuously reminded and encouraged by the representation of Christ’s hospitality toward us as we seek to welcome others into the local church we are a part of (Romans 15:7).
