Pillars: Selah | Jesus the King

Pillars

Throughout the Psalms, a word continues to repeat itself: Selah. Selah means to both "to pause and reflect" as well as "to sing and celebrate". On the eve of a national election, our Shepherds led us through a Selah reflection and celebration. Join us through this message as we pray for our government, church, and families. Jesus is the King of kings and Lord of lords. Let us live that truth out in this season and throughout the rest of our lives.

About 'Pillars'

God has given humanity three institutes to stabilize and sustain a society: the government, the Church, and the family. When we look at our country today, the government is divisive, the family is being redefined, and the church is largely weak and ineffective. As we enter into an election season, we want to see how these pillars are meant to function and our role in strengthening them.
