God's Word, Purpose and Desire for Us

1 and 2 Samuel

We watch the consequences of disobedience play out in this passage - even when sin is unintentional - and learn that God's Word is His Way for us. We also see that our plans and God's plans don't always match up in our lives just as in David's. Lastly, we look at a sweet picture of God's desire for a relationship with us and His delight in us, as we witness David's invitation to Mephibosheth to dine at the King's table regularly.
