Your real struggle is not with food. Eating or not eating relative to your emotions is an issue of the heart. Recognizing some of the things that drive you to "use" food (or anything else for that matter), learning to face those issues, and dealing with them in a healthy and biblical way is God's will and way for you that will ultimately lead to freedom.
