In order to find true peace, we need to call on the Lord and ask Him to hear our cries. Then we need to tell Him the depth of our soul troubles. God doesn't expect us to hide and cover up our anger, but He does expect us to let Him handle it. Leaving our Father and trying to find peace in our own ways will ultimately lead to more frustration; trusting in Him and His provisions will bring lasting peace.
