Women's Bible Study

Wednesday Women's Bible Study - 1 Samuel

1 Samuel: A Heart Surrendered to God

In what ways are you tempted to conform to the norms, pleasures, or values of the world around you? Coming out of the time of the judges, when everyone did what was right in his own eyes, the Israelites were very tempted to live like the world. They wanted to be like the nations around them: a nation led by a king. As we study the lives of Samuel, Saul, and David (the God-anointed king), we will see how a heart divided leads to destruction, but a heart fully surrendered to God leads to a life of faithfulness. Come join us!

Limited Kids Ministry Available: At this time, all kids will be placed on a waitlist using a rolling admission per class availability.

To enable more women and children to attend Bible Study on Wednesday mornings, we are seeking women willing to volunteer as “Love Ladies” (extra hands in Kids Ministry), one time per semester. Please consider serving young moms in this way. You can sign up to serve on your registration. (Must be able to complete a background check.)

Women's Bible Study is a weekly Bible study running September to April with a holiday break. Each week, women from all over Dallas gather at Watermark for a large teaching time and then break into small groups to further discuss the curriculum and text. We hope you'll join us!

Kids Ministry registration is closed.
