IMPACT DALLAS

In an effort to know the condition of our flock and respond to the needs volunteers share with us, City Team will be responsible for the oversight and execution of [quarterly or every other month] Shepherding and Equipping "events." Event content will be informed by External Focus City priorities, current events, felt needs of our city, and survey responses from External Focus volunteers who need to know more or be better equipped in their area of service. These events will be bookended by a Cost of Poverty Experience and a Year End Celebration.

Everyone with an External Focus Tag will be invited. Impact Area and Partner leaders will aid in contributing and teaching at these events.

* September: Immigration and Refuge
* November: Think Globally
* December: Celebration
