Job Connection Program

The Job Connection Program is an opportunity to experience the change that Jesus can bring to the workplace. Are you searching for work? Or currently, under-employed in your job? Find employment with us as you gain access to Watermark CDC's network of employers and move towards a sustainable career.

You will experience God's design for work and your life at the Job Connection Program. Identify your strengths and abilities. Understand workplace culture and how to thrive in it. Recognize your roadblocks to employment and how to overcome them. You will learn how to create a great resume, prepare for the interview, and discover other tools for landing a career.

Partner with an advocate as they encourage you during your time at the Job Connection Program. Advocates are a relational resource to provide coaching and prayer as you navigate your career journey.
