International Student Home Group

Did you know that University of Texas Dallas is home to over 8,000 international students from over 100 countries? The nations are right in our backyard!

Through our partnership with International Student Initiative, Watermark members are sharing Christ's love and building relationships with students on UTD's campus. Home Groups exist to be a safe and welcoming place where students are invited to fellowship weekly at different homes to break bread, exchange perspectives, and share meaningful discussion.

Many students complete their education at UTD without ever being invited into an American's home. Home Groups are intentionally hosted in a volunteer member's home two Fridays a month during the spring and fall semesters. The opportunities to either serve consistently or to help support this ministry team are vast! Volunteers assist with opening up their homes, facilitating discussion, organizing activities, and most of all, building relationships with students.
