SIX CLASS OPTIONS (see below)

• Tech-Savy Family
Teacher: Wes Butler
Description: “A place for everything, and everything in its place.” Whether we like it or not, technology has established a place in the 21st century family. As parents and Christ-followers, we must ask the question, “Does technology have the right place in our family and how do we make sure it stays there once it does?” In this class, we’ll explore the blessings, pitfalls, and potential of technology in the life of the 21st century family and biblical principles we can put into practice to ensure technology remains in its proper place in our homes.

• Life in Christ: A Look at the Book of Ephesians
Teachers: Blake Holmes & Nathan Wagnon
Description: The Book of Ephesians is a beautiful picture of Christ and the life we have in Him. Join us as we examine the background and context of the book, then methodically move through each chapter in order to gain a deeper appreciation for Jesus, His Church, and the part you play in the masterpiece God continues to produce “in Christ.”

• Re:Work
Teachers: Ryan Wall, Brett Bradshaw & Kimo Thorpe
Description: This class will stir up a theological imagination of what faithfulness looks like in your vocation; as a teacher, engineer, business person, stay-at-home mom, retiree, or any other place where you spend the majority of your time. We will discuss how God uses our vocation to form us, our relationships, and the world around us. We will also discuss 6 keys areas to being a faithful disciple in the workplace and practical examples that may help you imagine your job different on Monday and for years to come.

• Does Archaeology Support the Bible?
Teacher: Josh McDonald
Description: Do you dig archaeology? If so come join us for a discussion on the Bible and archaeology. In this session, we’ll be covering some of the major biblical archaeological finds in the past century and we’ll take an in-depth look at what an actual archaeological site consists of. This will include a look at tools of the trade as well as a few artifacts from ancient Israel.

*• Walking Beside Loved Ones Who Struggle with Same Sex Attraction *
Teachers: Hope Harris & Wes Chick
Description: In this post-modern culture, there is uncertainty with how to best steward a Christ-centered, loving relationship with a fellow believer or loved one who is struggling with or has revealed same-sex desires. How do we respond in love to what the Bible teaches about human sexuality? Join Hope Harris and Wes Chick as they walk through their own recovery experiences and explore the ways family and friends both helped and hurt in the process.

• Feminine or Feminist: Does God’s design mean we have to choose?
Teachers: Ann Daly, Christy Chermak & Kirby Wagner
Description: Are you confused by culture's view of women compared to the Church's view?  Let's take a deep dive into Scripture to learn God's true design for women. Through teaching and a panel discussion, we'll discuss being both a fearless and praiseworthy woman and equip you to thrive in your specific circumstances. Come catch a vision for what it looks like to be a woman of the Word in a loud world!
