Community Group Training Night

Join us & bring your entire community group for an evening of equipping and fellowship. There will be three sessions in which to choose from; your group is free to attend the same session together, or split up and share notes later on individual sessions.

Many groups feel a sense that they need to “go deeper.” But how do they get there? In this session, we’ll discuss ways your group can move from mediocrity to making a difference.
2. The Art of Hard Conversations – Jim Word and Kari Kurz

Are you facing (and dreading) a difficult conversation that needs to happen? Do you get anxious just thinking about it? Come join us as we share biblical principles that will help you become more effective in your communication intended to sharpen others.
3. Counseling One Another Through the Black and White and Grey – Connor Baxter and Claressa Barrett
2nd Floor Kid's Building
We want to be firm where the Bible is firm, and flexible where the Bible is flexible. Come learn how to approach a black & white issue versus a grey issue and the importance of understanding the difference.
