Hey there! I was born and raised in Grapevine/Southlake, TX, and the farthest I’ve lived from home was when I was a fightin’ Texas Aggie before graduating in 2014. It was there that Jesus called me out of the grave of self-centeredness, depression, and misplaced value. My understanding and love for Him grew rapidly as I attended Breakaway and pursued a degree in elementary education.
I taught 1st grade for two years, but God surprised me in 2016. Within the span of a couple weeks I went from preparing to teach 1st grade again to applying for and being accepted into Watermark’s Residency Program. Although I felt unqualified, the Lord had plans for me I had no idea about, and my passion for the local church grew as I felt God calling me into full-time ministry. I have since fallen completely in love with God’s Word!
God has also created me to be in love with coffee, ice cream, tex-mex, sand volleyball, and just about any type of dog you could think up. I am so excited to glorify God by being delighted in Him while serving and loving His children here at Watermark!
