Watermark Parking Plan

We received good feedback on the new Sunday parking plan for Watermark. We want to thank you for your feedback and provide some tools to help make the transition easier over the next few weeks. The reasoning behind the changes in our parking is to, first and foremost, make it safer for our families and kids on Sunday. We also want to move cars as efficiently as possible to maximize our space so we can make room for others. We appreciate your patience as we work together to make this transition as smooth as possible. Please see the map below for more details.

Parents with Kids 0-4:
You will park in the blue parking lots- the South Lot and the East Lot. You will only be able to enter the children’s parking lots from the main entrance off of Park Central. You will no longer be able to enter the children’s parking lots from LBJ or Merit Drive. Again, these changes are taking place to make our South and East parking lots as safe as possible for our families. The best way to identify your car for kid’s parking is to hang your yellow kid’s tag on your review mirror. If you need a tag, please pick it up at the Children’s Welcome Center.

General Parking:
If you do not have kids ages 0-4, we ask that you park in the general parking areas highlighted in orange- the West Lot, South Parking Garage and East Parking Garage. You will only be able to enter the West Lot from the service road on LBJ (Entrance 1). You will be able to use Entrance 2, Banner Drive or Park Central to enter the South and East Parking Garages. We do ask that if Watermark is your home, please use the South and East Parking Garages so that we can make room for others.

Thank you for putting the needs of others and our children above yourself. We appreciate your patience as we work together to make this transition as smooth as possible. If you have any questions, please click here.
