What happens when the program ends in May?
Graduates of the Watermark Residency Program serve inside and outside of Watermark. Completion of the Watermark Residency Program does not mean residents will be offered a position on Watermark’s staff. However, based on a resident’s experience, the Ministry Director of his/her chosen specialty may serve as a reference and help network with other like-minded churches.
How many people will be accepted into the program?
Each class size differs and depends on the quality of the candidates who apply each year. To date, class sizes have ranged from 10 – 22 residents.
Is there an age minimum or maximum?
No. However, the majority of our residents are in their mid to late twenties.
Do applicants need to have a bachelor’s degree to be considered for the program?
Do applicants need to be members of Watermark to apply?
No. However, each resident is expected to join the church before going through the program.

When does the program start and end?
The program starts the first week of August and ends the last week of May (10 months).
