Your Response
Everyone matters. This is not about us hitting a number. It’s about all of us listening to and responding to God’s leadership in our lives. We know from Scripture that in God’s eyes, the size of the giver’s heart matters more than the size of the gift. All of us must listen and respond generously, and joyfully and — as Christ followers have done before us — give “according to and beyond their own ability of their own accord.” (2 Corinthians 8:3)
We can’t lose sight of the significance of the opportunity God has given us. Watermark is a unique family of friends that God has chosen to bless as a means to reach, love and serve the world.
We all are Watermark.
Each of us has the privilege and responsibility to give radically of our lives and resources to continue this story that God has chosen to write in our midst. We must continue to respond not only to the needs of the people God has given us to care for and serve today, but also for those He will bring our way in the future.
Giving
If you have attended Watermark for any amount of time, you have most likely noticed that we do not choose to pass a collection plate on Sunday mornings. While we do not believe there to be anything inherently wrong with this method of giving, Watermark has decided instead to encourage members of our body to give as the Lord leads them by placing their gifts in boxes which we place near the entrances and exits. Make sure to designate your contribution to the Facilities Fund when you send a gift toward the development of the Watermark campus. All contributions to Watermark are applied to the General Fund unless they are designated to the Facilities Fund.

Donations of Stock
Stock may be donated to Watermark Community Church by transferring investments to our account at Southwest Securities. Please notify Kelly Fillingim of any pending transfers so that we can be aware of any activity and handle it properly.
If Stock Is In Certificate Form
Send the unsigned certificate (keep a copy of certificate) to SWS with a letter simply authorizing the shares be deposited as a gift to the Watermark Community Church account (# 586351183) to:

Also, send a signed "Stock Power" separately. The "Stock Power" should be signed exactly as the name(s) appears on the certificate(s).
