Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God. Romans 15:7
Frontlines is Watermark’s Hospitality Ministry. Frontlines volunteers serve as the official hosts of our weekend services. Our goal is to welcome others just as Jesus Christ first welcomed us. There are a number of ways to serve on Frontlines: Parking, Greeting, Ushering, Coffee, Welcome Center, and Reach (varies by campus). Learn more about our teams
If you are looking for a way to get involved at Watermark, Frontlines is the perfect place to start! You will have the opportunity to get to know others in a small team setting while developing and deploying your gifts. Learn how to become a volunteer
Each campus has its own variety of Frontlines volunteer teams.
Parking Team – First impressions matter! Our parking team needs servant-hearted people, willing to welcome people as they direct traffic and answer questions from guests in the parking lots. (Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano)
Greeting Team- The Greeting Team welcomes our guests as they enter church and the auditorium. (Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano)
Usher Team - Ushers help guests find a place to sit as they enter the Auditorium. Ushers will be inside the auditorium during the service. (Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano)
Coffee Crew - The Coffee Crew works hard to make sure every guest has the chance to grab a cup of coffee. This role requires some lifting and labor. (Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano)
Welcome Center Team- This team helps guests connect to Christ and to Watermark by distributing information about Watermark’s values, ministries, community groups, events, etc. Plan to serve the entire service and attend a different service. (Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano)
Reach Team - The Reach Team exists to help Watermark attendees take their next step to get connected. These volunteers are strategically placed throughout the Auditorium to welcome, engage, and connect with those attending our services. (Dallas, Fort Worth)
