Should I Share My Financial Details With Others?

Should I Share My Financial Details With Others? We answer that question on this episode of Real Truth. Real Quick.

Show Notes:

Principles:

  1. When there is something we want, it always makes us better when we invite others in.
  2. You should share your financial details with others who are wise and who fear the Lord.
  3. It is easy to believe the lie that more money is the key to more happiness.
  4. The question to ask is not “how much money do you have?” Rather ask, “how much does money have you?”
  5. Your financial advisor having the same faith as you is exponentially more important than them having the same funds as you.
  6. Materialism is not typically the function of an amount, it is an attitude of the heart.
  7. Jesus talked about money more than matters of faith and prayer because He knew our hearts could get wrapped up in money.
  8. If there is something Jesus talked about a lot that we are not willing to discuss with others, that is a problem.
