The Greatness of God in a Grammar Lesson

Wednesday Morning Spring 2011 Study

God's greatness can be compared to a grammar lesson:

  • He is a noun: The Holy One of Israel
  • He is a ?be? verb: I AM
  • He is an action verb: He created, formed, redeemed and summoned
  • He is an adjective: gracious, compassionate, righteous

All these traits point us to the majesty of a Holy God who loves us. So the question is: How do we respond?
