What we believe about baptism

If you are considering getting baptized, please take some time to read through what we believe about baptism at Watermark.

How to get baptized

There are two opportunities to get baptized at Watermark:

Annual Baptism Celebration
Typically, we devote a weekend each May specifically to celebrate those who are taking the next step in obedience to Christ by being baptized. On that day at each of our campuses, we worship, pray, and hear testimonies from people throughout our body whose lives have been transformed through a relationship with Jesus Christ. It’s one of the most fun days of the year!

This year, our celebration will be on Sunday, May 20 at 10:00am at Heart of the Ranch in Clearfork.

We ask all adults and children who want to be baptized on that weekend to attend an informational class. This year, we will have two opportunities to attend Baptism Class:

  1. Sunday, May 6 at 2:30pm in Stage 1, click here to register.
  2. Tuesday, May 15 at 6:30pm in the Annex, click here to register.

Year-round Baptisms
If you’d rather not wait for our annual celebration to be baptized, we also hold more informal baptisms all year long at each of our campuses. For more information, please email pblocker@watermark.org
