Not getting e-mails from Watermark?

If Watermark has your current e-mail address on file, but you aren't getting our e-mails, the most likely reason is that your bulk mail folder or spam filter is catching the e-mails that are delivered.   (If Watermark does not have your current e-mail address on file, then visit the Can We Reach You? web page to provide your contact information.)

One possible way to avoid having e-mail that you want to receive from being marked as spam is to add the sender to your address book. There are also ways that you can report to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) that a solicited e-mail is not spam.

Depending on your e-mail provider, another possible way to get around the problem is to explicitly whitelist or safelist a given e-mail account (communications@watermark.org) or a given domain name (watermark.org). Check with your specific provider to see if whitelisting/safelisting is offered and/or supported.
