Laura Elmore
I have the joy of seeing firsthand God’s movement in the lives of single adults every Tuesday night at The Porch. Having come to know the Lord at a young age through my church, I feel immensely thankful for those that invested in me along the way, helping me grow and mature in the faith, and therefore feel extremely privileged that I am now able to do the same in the lives of young, single women.
I was raised in Arlington and graduated from Baylor University in 2008 with a degree in Public Relations. After two years of working at Pine Cove Christian Camps as an Event Coordinator, I moved to Dallas and came on staff at Watermark. I married my husband, John Elmore, in July of 2011 and have the sweet privilege of working on staff together, as John serves as the re:generation Men’s Director.
In my free time you can find me working through a Dallas restaurant guide with John on weekly date-nights, searching for new music on iTunes, organizing our home and calendar, reading, or thumbing through cookbooks in the hopes of eventually learning how to cook.
